I wanted to write this letter regarding the 3 men crew that was here on Monday, May 17th, 2010.

I want to praise these men for the outstanding job that was done in my home. They work as a team and each man pulls his own weight. All 3 are very knowledgeable about what they are doing and can answer any question a customer may have. All 3 were extremely friendly and in my opinion, they enjoy their work.

Before ending this letter, I would also like to let you know that, when this crew left, my home was left so in order and I could never tell they were here. This is a FIRST for me. Usually, I would have to pick up, clean up, etc., NOT in this case. They cleaned extremely well.

I have to rate the service on Monday, May 17th, 2010, as an A++. You should be proud of this crew! I know I am .

We want to thank you for the exceptional job you did on both occasions coming out to the address #1 Wagon Train Lane in St. Rose, Louisiana during the month of August 2006.

Given the fact that there were so many obstacles in your way such as mud, wasp nest in the air unit and termites in the walls and ceiling of the bathroom you still gave 100%. I personally am completely happy with the workmanship done and courtesy shown to myself while in our rental home.

On both occasions there was care taken to protect furniture and flooring. On the second trip out the crew even swept and mopped my laundry room, living room and dining room floors as well as cleaned up other debris left by my landlord.

They did not have to go that extra mile but I am very glad they did. I highly recommend them for all of your air conditioner repairs, duct work install as well as cleaning and mold removal.

I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the duct cleaning and sanitizing. The crew that you sent out to perform these services were very detailed. They covered everything before they started and cleaned up extremely well. I am amazed how well it helped our health. I use to take an antihistamine before I went to bed to stop a drip and my daughter had a cough. Now, I do not need the antihistamine and my daughter stopped coughing. This was so well worth the money!!!

The crew also did a fabulous job cleaning out my fireplace. I don’t think it has been that clean since it was first built.
