Stardards For Mold Treatment:

• Find moisture source.
• Place residence under negative pressure.
• Set up dehumidifiers and air scrubbers to control air borne spores.
• Personal protective equipment will be worn by employees to begin process. (T-Vac Suits, fubber gloves, headgear, foot covering, full face respirator with hepa filter, and ear plugs)
• Remove all affected areas.
• Hepa vac all wall, cavities, and sanitize with foster 40/80 disinfectant.
• Sand all affected areas down to bare wood.
• Heap vac walls, ceilings, studs, etc.
• Resanitize with foster 40/80 desinfectant.
• Hepa vac all areas including exciting walls and ceilings.
• Resurface all affected areas with Foster 40/50* fungicidal protective coating.
• Clean up thoroughly upon completion.
• Let air scubbers fun for 3 to 5 days
